Xaver Schneider GmbH & Co. KG is committed to making its websites – www.schneider-schirme.com, www.schneider-werbeschirme.com and www.schneider-professional.com - including mobile views and applications, accessible to all users. This commitment is based on Section 10, Paragraph 1 of the State Disability Equality Act (L-BGG).

1. Status of Compatibility with Accessibility Requirements

The websites are partially compliant with the legal accessibility requirements.
Non-accessible content and functions:

• Color schemes and contrasts are still being adjusted and optimized.
• Image descriptions and alternative texts are currently not fully provided.
• Embedded videos currently do not have subtitles.
• PDF documents are not fully accessible for screen readers.

This assessment is based on a self-evaluation conducted by Xaver Schneider GmbH & Co. KG. We plan to gradually remove the barriers mentioned above by the end of 2026. Implementation of the legal accessibility requirements is not yet complete, as we are currently facing limited human and financial resources as well as technical challenges.
